Penny is a 12 to 18 month old female, black and white Border Collie.  Penny  is a pretty shy girl when you first meet her, but if given a few minutes to warm up, she will ask for head rubs.   Penny has so much affection to share with her forever family, but she will need an understanding family that will give her time to come out of her shell. She is great with other dogs . Penny has high energy outside, but she does settle down when she comes inside. She is crate trained, housetrained, knows sit, down, leave it and off and will come once she trusts you. She walks well on lead.
